Mike Peebler and Marc Fellner-Erez created Upstart Crow films in 2015 with one mission: to make thoughtful entertainment that pushes the boundaries while exploring the world with whimsy and honesty. They have completed four short films, two feature scripts, and a television series pilot and pitch packet. Their first two shorts secured a distribution agreement with Silicon Beach Pictures, and all of their films have been screened at prestigious film festivals and garnered awards. Their most recent work, Crappy Birthday, is currently on the film festival circuit and has already played at the Malibu Film Festival, Sante Fe Film Festival, and at the world famous Chinese Theater as part of the Beverly Hills Film Festival. There will be more screenings to come later this year.
